Welcome to vib07.com. These Terms of Sale (“Terms”) govern your purchase of products from our website. By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Orders and Acceptance  

All orders are subject to acceptance by vib07. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, even after order confirmation, due to errors, stock issues, or other reasons. If your order is canceled, you will be notified, and any charges will be refunded.

2. Pricing and Payment 

Currency: All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD).  

Payment Methods: We accept major credit and debit cards, as well as other payment methods listed during checkout.  

Billing: Payment is required at the time of order. vib07 reserves the right to correct any pricing errors on our website before processing your order.

3. Shipping and Delivery  

Shipping Locations: We currently ship within the United States & Canada. Shipping costs and delivery times vary based on your location and order size.  

Shipping Times: Estimated delivery times will be provided at checkout. vib07 is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather conditions, or other factors beyond our control.  

Order Processing: Orders typically ship within 3-5 business days. Please allow extra time during peak seasons.

4. Returns and Exchanges

Return Policy: You may return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, undamaged, and in their original packaging.  

Non-Returnable Items: Custom or personalized items cannot be returned or exchanged.  

Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service at hello@vib07.com. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective. Refunds may also be requested by calling our support line.

5. Membership

Membership: By checking out, you may opt to join the vib07 Free Rewards Club, which grants access after purchasing Extended Warranty.  

Billing: Membership is billed at 39.99 every 28 days.    

Opting Out: You may choose to opt out of the Rewards Club by removing the product from your cart by pressing the red X button during checkout. You can also opt out by emailing us at hello@vib07.com or by calling our support line.  

Cancellation: To avoid being billed, you must cancel by emailing hello@vib07.com or calling our support line at least 5 days before the billing date.  

Refund Policy: If you have been billed, you have up to 30 days to request a refund by emailing us at hello@vib07.com or calling our support line.

6. Warranties 

Warranty Coverage: vib07 offers a 1-month warranty against defects in craftsmanship and materials. This warranty excludes damage due to normal wear and tear, misuse, or accidents. You may also apply for warranty coverage if you are unhappy with your supplements or products and wish to get a refund within 30 days of use.     

Warranty Claims: To make a warranty claim, please contact us at hello@vib07.com with proof of purchase and details of the defect/issue.

7. Liability

vib07’s liability for any loss or damage arising from your purchase is limited to the total amount paid for the item(s). We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

8. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution  

Governing Law: These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States.  

Jurisdiction: All disputes arising under these Terms will be resolved exclusively in the courts of Wyoming, USA.  

Class Action Waiver: You agree to resolve any disputes with vib07 on an individual basis. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.

9. Accuracy, Completeness, and Timeliness of Information 

We are not responsible if information made available on this site is not accurate, complete, or current. Any reliance on the material on this site is at your own risk.

10. Modifications to the Service and Prices
